Our Commitment

At Jama, we stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@mcra.in with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 10 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@mcra.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
